11 May 2021 Aurora: We are listening

At HCS we continually strive to improve the quality of the services we offer to our customers and recent focus has been our own combined electronic billing and document archive and retrieval system, Aurora.

In an online survey we recently encouraged our customers to provide some very honest feed-back and are pleased to share the outcome.

“Love using Aurora for the flexibility” and the system is “very user friendly” were just a few statements from among the encouraging feedback we received.

In fact, our customers confirmed that the Aurora system is user friendly, easy to use. In fact, 70% of our users expressed extreme satisfaction with the product.

We also received useful feedback with suggestions to improve the software even further and we are now intent on listening to our customers suggestions by putting a plan in place to update our software accordingly.

Our development team are now working on incorporating suggestions from our user base and the next version of Aurora will include a new more intuitive search panel for contrasting searches, updates to the search page layout and an improved the search experience with a more informative messaging function.  We are also aiming to introduce a settings section to allow users to personalise their search page.

We are extremely grateful for the honest feed-back from our users which will enable us to work towards our ambition of providing total customer satisfaction and further improving our software to suit all of our client’s specific requirements.
