In lockdown HCS prided themselves on how quickly we adapted to working from home and putting procedures in place to ensure everyone was fully supported and there was no interruption to the service we delivered.  We soon discovered many practises were largely beneficial to the running of the Company and, upon easing ourselves out of lockdown, we have taken our time to decide the most favourable balance between continuing to work from home combined with offering a new, bright office space.

All voices have been considered and we believe we press forward with the best combination to allow staff to create their own work schedule and to continue to thrive.  Many staff have chosen to work mainly from home taking advantage of reduced commute times and a more flexible work pattern to suit families and are balancing this with the office facilities where we can reinforce working relationships and meet for special projects.

Managing Director Paul Haigh is “delighted staff are adopting an official ‘blended’ working model going forward and individual preferences can be fulfilled”.
